If his wife trusted him before, she probably does not now. The french voters do not trust him and he has virtually no chance of winning in the election in France. The election in France is occurring in the next few months. He did have to spend some time in jail and endure the press and the humiliation of being in hand cuffs! But is that sufficient punishment? Now that the charges have been dropped will he sue the New York Police force? Can He get away with this. Turns out he is guilty and will not be able to sue.<\/p>\n<p>We do not know the legal issues around this case, just what we read in the papers like everyone else. But after a while you get to reading between the lines and you get a feel for some things.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nDid he rape that women? Probably. Could she have lured him into this situation? Possibly. Was her character beyond reproach? Definitely not. Did her story stand up or were there too many inconsistencies? No and yes respectively. Is she connected with some gangsters that wanted to get money from Dominique Strauss-Kahn or DSK as he is known? Who knows.<\/p>\n<h2>Dominique Strauss &#8211; Guilty?<\/h2>\n<p>Personally we think he is guilty of this crime and that this is not the first time and will not be the last. Next time he will be a lot more careful and will probably get away with it once again, due to power, money or just good planning. This will go down as one of the more notorious crimes that did not get to court!<\/p>\n<p>What are your thoughts on DSk or Dominique Strauss-Kahn and his new found freedom&gt;<\/p>\n<p>As you can see there are just too many issues to deal with here. The guy is well-connected, he and his wife are very rich and they have a lot of power. If New York City is going to spend time and money dealing with this case which is questionable at best they had better have deep pockets and an iron clad case which they did not.
